Berardino has more than 10 years of experience in arbitration dispute resolution services, having participated in more than one hundred arbitral proceedings in acting as a lawyer, as an assistant to Arbitral Tribunals and as an arbitrator. His experience encompasses a wide range of subjects: civil construction, corporate and stockholders’ disputes, oil and gas contracts, power generation and distribution, franchise contracts, among others.
Before joining CFGS, Berardino was a lawyer in commercial arbitration disputes at a renowned arbitration law firm. During this period, he also had a working experience within the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, in Paris.
