Pedro has large experience in strategic civil litigation and arbitration services. His experience encompasses a wide range of subjects such as civil construction, corporate and stockholders’ disputes, oil and gas contracts, power generation and distribution, franchise contracts, judicial recovery and bankruptcy, loan recovery, among others.
Before joining CFGS, Pedro was a partner of strategic civil litigation and arbitration department at a renowned full-service law firm and a senior lawyer at an acknowledged boutique in the field, having been ranked by important institutions such as Leaders League and Who’s Who Legal.
Pedro has practiced before civil courts of several States, higher courts, national and international arbitration chambers, as well as in negotiating agreements and mediation procedures to prevent or solve disputes.
