André de Luizi Correia has been practicing law for more than 25 years and is a founding partner of CFGS.
He focuses on business arbitration and has represented some of Brazil’s biggest construction companies and financial institutions, as well as some of the world’s major private equity firms and sovereign funds.
His current portfolio includes billion-real cases regarding construction contracts, infrastructure, energy and financial services industries, merger and acquisitions, among others. He is also recognized for his experience in the oil and gas industry.
Prior to founding CFGS, André was for almost ten years the Co-Head of Litigation and Arbitration for a leading Brazilian law firm.
