Henrique holds a Law degree from IBMEC University Center in Belo Horizonte (2022) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Milton Campos Law School (2024). He practices in highly complex judicial and arbitral disputes, with a focus on contracts, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking, infrastructure, and construction.

He also completed part of his undergraduate studies at Universidade Lusíada Norte do Porto – Portugal (2019–2020).
