Luis Antonio da Gama e Silva Neto comes from a long line of distinguished legal scholars: his grandfather was Minister of Justice and his father was an esteemed lawyer. Luis boasts more than 15 years’ experience and is a founding partner of CFGS.
Prior to founding CFGS, Luis was for more than 10 years head of litigation at a renowned litigation boutique in Brazil, where he was in charge of leading and coordinating the firm’s key court and arbitration proceedings. He led numerous high-complexity cases representing domestic and international clients and involving a wide range of disputes.
As a founding partner of CFGS Luis takes active part in the resolution of civil and business disputes focusing on business, banking, real estate & construction and administrative law.
